Product arrived on time without any…

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. Customer service have been fairly helpful, the issue seems to be with the courier but my boots are almost a week late.

Disappointed with return

Pro direct sent me my order in 2 different parcels at different times and I returned first parcel as it was wrong items ,I recieved second parcel with no returns label I kept 1 trainer and want to return second. I have contacted customer service on several occasion and tried different methods via website to get barcode but nothing works . They won't send me a return slip or barcode I could print off for returns .soo confused and annoyed . Please help as I still have time to return.

Great product, speedy delivery

I bought ONE Glove GEO 3 ‘ Goal keeper gloves’ for my son.
The gloves were a perfect fit, great quality and ‘best’ he’s ever had! They arrived quickly and the communication relating to delivery times etc was informative and accurate.

Fantastic service

Ordered new boots for both of my sons. They had the exactly what they wanted in stock. Ordered on Wednesday evening and I received them Friday morning. Fantastic service!

The service from this company is…

The service from this company is shocking. I spent over £300 nearly two weeks ago. The majority of my order hasn’t turned up. Evri havent updated my tracking information since 10th September and pro direct refuse to look into it until 23rd September!! I simply can’t wait any longer but trying to get answers from either Pro direct or Evri is impossible.

Royal Mail deliver awful!

Boots seem great, only worn once but delivery from Royal Mail was awful! Got an email saying a date and time to deliver, waited in all day to get another email at 6pm saying could t deliver and would be tomorrow !! Wouldn’t mind if it had been free delivery but it wasn’t!

Ordered a pair of trainers for £126 and it said they would arrive 5 days later so i waited 6 days then went onto the live chat to be told that they didn't have any of them in the size i ordered and that ill be getting a refund in 3-5 days? I never had a single email telling me this? And whenever i went onto (my orders) it stated 'carriage to be confirmed'. Never purchase from here! Also their livechat is broken as every message gets sent twice from the customer and employee
